JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of the Attendant Team you stand behind our immaculate environment. Your role is pivotal in creating the space that our guests experience from the moment they step through our doors. Our dedication to cleanliness and organization sets the stage for a safe and welcoming experience. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and order, knowing that our efforts directly contribute to the health, comfort, and peace of mind of every individual who enters our space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Thoroughly clean and organize all spaces, including The Atrium (sauna, cold plunges), the Practice (IV room), reception, lockers and marketplace.
• Regularly prepping before, after, and in-between classes hosted in the Atrium by sweeping, mopping and maintaining excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards in the pools, sauna and changing areas.
• Regular deep cleaning, organization, and service of common areas, including the reception, retail shelves, hallways, and storage.
• Laundry services, including collecting, washing, drying, folding and replacing towels.
• Check and restock personal care products (soaps, shampoo, lotions, napkins, toilet paper and miscellaneous supplies) in locker rooms and supply closets.
• Organize and maintain mop closet, and back of house.
• Inventory materials such as cleaning supplies, laundry soap etc.
• Organize and maintain the refuse and trash room.
• Break down and tie cardboard, and place them neatly in the trash room.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality setting, is an advantage.
• Possesses a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to take direction well; friendly, personable and excellent organizational skills.
• Autonomous, punctual and reliable.
• Able to work on your feet for 8 hours, able to move, pull, carry or lift 50 pounds, Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time and work in an environment with large temperature variations.
